Yes Tandra`, downloading something for free that would cost $50 in a store, something teams of hundreds of people worked tirelessly to produce so that they can make money, is completely legal. I mean, Nintendo practically wants you to do it, which is why playing these games require buying special tools to open your Wii and then soldering computer chips into the electronics to bypass their copy protection. They love it when you steal their games!
